Dear friends,
The time has come to offer you my best wishes for 2024: may it be a time of solidarity and engagement, a time of hope and well-being for educational communities worldwide.
I can’t retrace here all the Network’s actions in 2023, but I want to highlight one in particular: the realization of the second edition of the International Barometer of Educational Staff Health and Well-being (I-BEST 2023). Thank you to our members and partners, for making I-BEST survey an international reference, with more than 26,000 participants from 13 territories and 4 continents.
Our 2024 General Assembly will be held in person on 27 July in Buenos Aires (Argentina), alongside the 10e Congress of Education International (29 July to 2 August). This meeting will be a turning point for two reasons:
- we will decide on the future direction of our association, which will be celebrating its 15th anniversary,
- we will elect new administrators and a new president.
We will also be taking advantage of the scope and audience of the Congress to organize an event dedicated to the health and well-being of educational communities. I’m counting on your engagement to join forces on this occasion and carry the projects that drive us forward.
